Complex Care Support Workers
Full time (Mon to Sun planned on a six week rolling rota) - £12.00-£13.00
We are recruiting experienced support workers to join our teams supporting customers with complex health care needs.
The ideal candidates will have at least 12 months experience providing clinical/complex care at home.
Tasks include:
- Working in line with clinical care and support plans
- Providing clinical care and support to customers with a complex health need
- Providing personal care
- Moving and Positioning
