KV Care are CQC rated GOOD and we are immensely proud of this. We achieved this within the first 12 months of registration. We strive to achieve excellence and our main goal is customer service and satisfaction.
Care is led by 2 directors, both of whom have extensive experience of supporting people with Mental health issues, Autism and challenging behaviour, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Learning Disabilities and providing home care, social outreach and respite services.
Katy and Vicky are the directors of KV Care which is a CQC registered company. We have over 25 years combined experience in delivering care services to children and adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, health needs and complex behaviours.
We have a Community home care team led by an Area Manager who has extensive experience as does the team working alongside her. All our staff are highly trained in a wide range of health needs and disabilities.
We strive to achieve excellence in our service and believe the delivery of a true person centred care package is paramount to customer happiness.

Katy Bruckshaw – Director and Nominated Individual
20 years’ experience of working with the most vulnerable people within the community and supporting them to access care, social activities, benefit services, employment and education and support/health groups.
Specialist interest and knowledge in learning disability and challenging behaviour, and resources available to assist in supporting individuals.
Qualified to Level 5 in Health and Social care.
Extensive knowledge of health and care services available to people and referral routes to access.
Creative approach to care – Interest in shaping services to meet specific need in partnership with all involved.
Victoria Wild – Director and Registered Manager
15 Years’ experience in Domiciliary Care services and the management of these and a specialist interest and knowledge around Mental Health and children with complex behavioural needs.
Foundation management qualification and working towards Assessors award for Health and Social Care.
Extensive knowledge of health and care services available to people and referral routes to access. Creative approach to care – Interest in shaping services to meet specific need in partnership with all involved.
Range of Qualifications of Support Workers
All staff undertake an induction programme which covers the agencies Policies and Procedures and a period of introduction and shadowing with identified service users.
All staff undergo training to meet the Core Competencies for Healthcare and Support Workers and Adult Care Workers in England prior to working in anyone’s home, with the exception of moving and handling if this isn’t immediately relevant.
Support Workers and Line Management work in partnership to highlight specific or additional training needs and have links to training providers with specialism training opportunities to meet need.
All staff complete mandatory training programmes online and management deliver regular “workshops” around specific areas of care to ensure competency and knowledge.
We will actively encourage the development and learning opportunities for all staff as it ensures that both staff and their managers are exposed to ‘current concepts of care’.
